• Taldeco has a facility in metro Detroit in need of an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor on their first shift.
• 4+ years required

Job Duties Include:

• Run and lead the maintenance team on a daily basis
• Act as subject matter expert on all maintenance issues that arise and be able to be the last resort to resolve problems.
• Background in multi-craft maintenance on both mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain and continuously improve the use of the preventive maintenance program
• Maintain plant in a reasonable safe manner. Correct any safety issues
• Assist Production and Quality with equipment issues
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
• Training of the skilled trades personnel
• Supervise all skilled trades employees
• Focuses on error proofing, ergonomic techniques, and cost reductions
• Coordinate and monitor contractor activities for projects
• Supervise the completion of all ongoing and future projects
• Assist with management duties including scheduling, monitoring, and checking of timecards
• Responsible for the proper set-up of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Auburn Hills, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Supervising experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
