Our client is a family owned and operated Snack Food Manufacturer established in 1944 on a small family farm. They are growing and seeking an excellent Administrative Assistant to join their Customer Service team!
As an Administrative Assistant you will be expected to:
- Answer and forward incoming telephone calls
- Answer questions about the organization, directions and other information
- Welcome on-site visitors
- Receive, sort and route mail
- Take payment for products
- Order, receive and maintains office supplies
- Create, type and print fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports and other documents
- Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying and collating
What it Takes:
- High school diploma/GED.
- At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic Math Skills
- Must be able to show good attendance.
- Must be able to pass various assessments including a Typing test and an Excel test

Pay is $15 an hour
This is a temp-to-hire position. Benefits will be available upon conversion.
