Position Details

As a sales professional you’ll receive inbound calls from customers who are interested in a product they see in an ad on tv, newspaper, or in a mailer. You’ll be trained to educate the callers and ask the necessary questions to help you sell the products. Most of these products are all-natural supplements that help with prostate issues, bladder issues, joint pain, memory issues, anxiety, CBD and all natural male enhancement supplements. In this position you will be required to rebuttal customer objections, cross sell additional products and services, and upsell larger packages. Our clients include Time life, Ancient Nutrition, and Wise Company.

Equipment for this position is required. Must be MacBook or Windows 10 or higher Operating System. You must have a WebCam, USB Wired Headset, and High Speed Internet.

Position Responsibilities:

• Answers phones and speak with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Applies the SSG sales process to all calls; pitches cross sells, add-on services when applicable.
• Handles every phone call with integrity and honesty.

• Responsible for having a clear understanding and knowledge of client's products and services.
• No Sales experience is required.
• Ability to pay attention to detail for accurate record keeping and order taking.
• Ability to persuade and overcome objections with the intent of closing sales.

Candidate Qualifications:

• High School or GED Diploma (Required)
• Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service/Sales Call Center experience (Preferred)
• Excellent written communication skills; attention to detail, data accuracy, and speed.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology systems, and multi-task.
• Interpreting data and questions to create first contact resolution.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Must have excellent grammar, punctuality, speed, and the ability to thrive in a complex organization.
• Must be able to think proactively and collaborate effectively.
• Must be willing to submit/pass a background checks.
