Direct Care Professionals/ In-Home Caregivers Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of motion, stretching, and exercises with the individual.
- Transport individuals to appointments and activities.
- Administer medications and/or provide reminders.
- Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities using an online system.
- Effectively communicate with other team members/family members.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as cooking, meals, laundry, and cleaning.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
