Job Title: Import/Export Specialist (On Site in Whitehall, PA)
Job Description:
- Process direct container orders in a timely fashion
- Book/Negotiate the containers need to ship out from Turkey with our freight forwarders
- Manage Documentation for Inbound Containers
- Track Containers
- Manage our inventory in all warehouses
- Schedule Production with our plant based on pending orders and inventory needs
- Issue Purchase Orders to our plant based on our inventory needs
- Follow up on production schedule and make sure the plant has everything it needs to finalize production by the provided deadline
- Review Banknotes with the Accounting Manager for Payment
- Attending Trade Shows if needed
- Ship International Samples when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 2+ years of work experience with logistics and inventory management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills(Proficient in English and Turkish required)
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools is preferred (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong commitment to a team environment, but can also work independently
- Effective follow up skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid customer service attitude
- Willing to travel as necessary (less than 25% of the time)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
