Implementation Manager
We are in search of a diligent and dedicated Implementation Manager to join our Implementation team at Modern Campus. If powerful results and use cases excite you AND you are a high-performer who is looking for an entrepreneurial, mission-driven team, then Modern Campus is the place for you.
The Implementation Manager role is responsible for introducing new customers to our products, defining and managing their initial onboarding project, training customers and generally ensuring that a customer’s first experience with Modern Campus is delightful, memorable and pleasant.
Implementation Managers are responsible for multi-department and multi-campus projects for higher education or strategic customers.
How you'll make an impact:

• Ensure customers have a smooth transition from the Sales process to onboarding
• Define onboarding project plans
• Manage onboarding projects from kickoff to launch
• Deliver customer training via webinar, recorded videos, and live conversations
• Create and help maintain onboarding materials, guides and training packages
• Complete or delegate project tasks and ensure they are finished on time

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience working with technology products and platforms
• Project Management experience
• Interest in technical topics is a plus
• Obsessive about getting all the details right
• Internal drive to meet deadlines and to bring others along with you
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Integrity, high character and ability to maintain the confidentiality of customer data
