We are looking for an IAM Engineer to join our team. This position will directly report to the Director, Security Architecture & Engineering and is responsible for the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management technologies across the enterprise. The position is also responsible for the continued development of the IAM standards and roadmap as well as the creation and maintenance of technical design and process documentation.
- Manage the design, development and implementation of the company’s IAM technologies.
- Lead IAM initiatives with the ability to work independently.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies and tools in the IAM space to address current and future business requirements.
- Provide guidance for IAM processes and solutions to business and IT partners.
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to IAM designs, configurations, processes, and requirements.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess near and long-term IAM needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience information security or related IT functions.
- Proven experience with modern IAM technologies such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk and BeyondTrust.
- Proven experience with IAM best practices.
- Solid project management and organizational skills, specifically managing multiple, concurrent projects.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
