Upper St. Clair School District is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources professional to support the Administrators and the 1000+ staff, substitutes and extracurricular activities coaches/sponsors throughout the District.

Summary:

The Human Resource Representative is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations/Administrative Services. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, recruitment/ onboarding/ employment, policy development/implementation, affirmative action, employee investigations, administrative duties, and employment legal compliance.
