We are eager to find an Human Resources Manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to help grow this exciting business!
As the Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for employment of policies and procedures, reward and recognition programs, recruitment initiatives, and administration of the employee benefits program. To be successful, you will need to have strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, and you must be capable of connecting with a diverse team.
Objectives of this role:
· Play a key role in developing talent, culture, and succession planning. Recruitment responsibilities include posting job openings, screening and sourcing applicants, monitoring and reviewing applications, interviewing, and onboarding/offboarding.
· Help to guide employees through our company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay, and salary) and ensure they have no unanswered questions about their employment.
· Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's or further education preferred
- Excellent oral, written and communicative skills. Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of success
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
