Working under the direct supervision of the HR Manager the HR Generalist will oversee and manage company recruiting, onboarding, and personnel management along with daily operations. This position will be working full-time at Washington County Regional Medical Center in Sandersville, Ga.

Position Details:

• Full-Time, 40-hours per week
• Eligible for Full Benefits Package

Primary Job Duties:

• Maintains Applicant Tracking System for company ensuring all open positions are posted and filled in a timely manner.
• Leads recruiting efforts for company including phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, offer submissions, etc.
• Maintains employees files, records, regulatory requirements, and required documents during employment.
• Maintains employee information in HRIS, payroll system, and other areas as needed.
• Oversees onboarding and off-boarding for all employees in appropriate timelines.
• Oversees performance review process for all employees.

• Maintains corporate office operations including purchasing, communication, etc.
• Assists with payroll, invoicing, employee benefits, and other HR functions as requested.
