YunExpress (云途物流 - 专业跨境电商物流公司) is a leading global eCommerce Shipping Carrier. We ship daily 1 Mio packages through our international network.
We are now looking for a HR Administrative Assistant to join our Jamaica, New York location.
Responsibilities:
- Function as HR Assistant to the Warehouse management
- Support the HR team with onboarding, time recording, documenting, and temp agency
- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands for the warehouse
- Serve as a liaison between landlords and company
- Handle financial documents for vendors including bank registration and tax application forms
- Verify, approve and process vendor invoices
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Other duties as requested by Management and HR department
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in similar administrative role, experience in logistics or warehousing preferred
- Experience with utility management (power, gas, water, trash etc.)
- Fast worker, fast learner
- Must possess a sense of urgency
- Get things done attitude and independent work mentality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
