Position Objective:MobileOne is a T-Mobile Premium Retailer that is rapidly growing and we are looking for a Human Resources Coordinators to join our department. The position requires knowledge of recruitment management and onboarding software.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the operations of our onboarding program, including sending out offer letters, initiating background checks, and hiring candidates from the ATS into our HRIS system.
- Sending out Onboarding paperwork in ADP WorkforceNow.
- Working with Regional and Store Managers for timely completion of New Hires deadlines.
- Responding to onboarding questions via our internal communication system, Slack
- Maintain and update HR systems, materials, resources, and files.
- Support the HR team and assist with projects including performance management, compensation planning, benefits administration, HR compliance, organizational development, change management and employee engagement
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity with HRIS and Recruiting software (Experience with ADP RM, ADP Onboarding, and ADP Workforce Now a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or HR or related field preferred
- 1 year of experience in an HR role or customer service facing role
- Customer service and solutions focused - “no job is too small” attitude
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and process driven
- Work 40 hours per week, varied shifts, which may include some evenings and weekends.
- Some travel may be required up to 25%
