This is an entry-level Coordinator position in our Associate Services Division for candidates interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Administration, or for those who aren't quite sure yet. This position is based in San Antonio, TX. Applicants should already live in the San Antonio, TX area.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Adobe Sign or DocuSign, Kronos or HRIS Systems
• Exposure to Employment/HR Regulations

Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Answer basic associate inquiries via email
• Create and manage software systems for travel management
• Conduct user audits and reconcile monthly reports
• Administer digital filing system for personnel records
• Track employee information in HRIS to include new hires, updates, and audits
• Provide administrative support and assist with other division projects, as needed
• Absolute commitment to associate and client confidentiality
