Job description
Growing private duty Home Health Agency is searching for an HR Coordinator to assist with the recruitment, hiring and orientation of new employees by posting job ads, completing interviews, vetting credentials, scheduling onboarding tasks, processing payroll updates, managing communications for the HR department, providing support to company employees regarding personal and professional incidents, conducting reviews, and motivating employees. Prior Home Health experience, as well as coaching for success a plus! Superior organizational, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. Multi-tasking is a must. Must be able to pass an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening w/fingerprinting.
