Join a great Human Resources team! Quench currently seeks an HR Manager. The successful candidate is a critical partner to the Director of Employee Relations and Engagement and assigned functional leaders in the deployment of departmental and enterprise-wide programs supporting the company’s People and organizational strategy. This individual will be responsible for facilitating a quality employee full life cycle experience through the coaching of leaders, and the implementation and administration of key Engagement programs as well as tracking client progress against those plans. This individual is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with client management, HR Operations and Centers of Excellence, vendors, and meeting established performance KPIs.


Essential Functions

  • Partner with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to facilitate full employee experience life cycle programs, aligning with Operational KPIs and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with assigned senior leaders and managers at all levels, guiding them through Employee Relations and providing coaching and support in their local deployment of Engagement principles and programs.
  • Partner with functional leaders on performance and talent management processes to ensure consistency, durability, and alignment with Quench learning paths and development.
  • Lead internal investigations and partner with Counsel as appropriate.
  • Manage the progressive discipline process and performance improvement plans in assigned client areas.
  • Partner with leaders, the Talent Acquisition team, the Internal communications team, the DEI&B Steering committee, and community partners to ensure the deployment of and participation in comprehensive programming that supports a diverse workforce and connection with our communities.


Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Human Resources Management or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of human resource management experience.
  • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing leaders
  • Demonstrated experience with Employee Engagement strategy and programs
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders on Performance and Talent Management programs
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems, UKG is a plus.
  • Travel is required (10% - 20%).
