Job description
- Responsible for working directly with all levels of management to design, implement and align Human Resource (HR) strategies with organizational strategy to achieve optimal performance and results. In addition, provides advice, direction, and guidance on diverse and complex HR issues to all levels of management.
- Negotiates leasing contracts including incentives for leasing personnel, permanent professional placements, suppliers for employee activities, and other third party administrators.
- Identifies trends, gaps and opportunities in areas such as workforce planning and staffing, total rewards, managerial and functional skills and knowledge, performance management and succession planning.
- Monitors trends and new developments in HR laws and practices and works to implement best practices, policies and procedures to achieve optimal business results while remaining compliant with the HR laws and regulations. Ensures consistent and equitable administration, interpretation and application of human resource laws, policies and practices. Provides coaching and support to management to resolve complex people and management issues. Advises management on sensitive HR issues.
- Provides guidance and direction on leadership development efforts to ensure development efforts are appropriate and addresses strategic business needs. Drives the recruitment process to ensure hiring decisions are based on business knowledge and needs. Oversee the performance management and development planning processes and implements individual and organizational training and development programs.
- Collaborates and strategizes with labor relations and immigration attorneys to resolve and establish appropriate solutions, and management and employee training.
- Conceptual administration and realization of personnel policies (Employee Handbook, Union Contract, travel policy, lease car policy, etc.) in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
- Administer and communicate the employee benefits plans and Defined Contribution plan.
- Administration and maintenance of records and employment files required by law.
- Formal education / course of study
- Minimum of at least 10 plus years of job experience in HR Management in aa larger industrial business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and or Human Resources, or H.R. certification or Master’s degree.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $116,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
