Job description
OriginLab, a small software company in Northampton, is looking for a Finance and HR Coordinator.
The coordinator will work closely with the President and CEO in managing all financial and human resource operations for the company.
The position will handle processing all the required paperwork for new hires including benefit signups. This position will also be responsible for the A/P and A/R responsibilities including processing and paying all vendor invoices, processing customers' payments and online charges and following up on all outstanding customers' open accounts.
Must be a self-starter with good problem solving skills!
Must have 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and HR, and good computer skills.
