Job Responsibilities:

• Manage information from HR email inbox

• Assist with assembling new hire packets

• Process background checks and reference checks

• Process Data Entry that requires accuracy, good judgment, and some critical thinking skills

• Interact professionally with all internal applicants, hiring managers, & departments

• Maintain accurate notes in the database, documentation processing

• Other administrative duties as assigned to include eligibility verification, union seniority (if applicable)

• Consistently exercise strong follow through and ability to meet deadlines

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

• 100% Remote

• Possible Temp-to-Hire opportunity for the right candidate

Candidate Requirements:

• 1+ years of Administrative experience

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources

• Preferably previous work experience in a Healthcare environment

• Proven ability to have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)

• Tech-savvy; experience with Lawson preferred but not required

• Great at following established processes, truly enjoys repetitive heads down work

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
