GETTING DOWN TO BRASS TACKS

The HR Coordinator position reports directly to the Senior VP of Human Resources. You will be responsible supporting human resource activities and administrative functions. You will provide back up and assistance to other human resource personnel. Your role is integral to the long-term success of your team and the company.


Company headquarters are located in Salt Lake City, but position is remote and relocation is not required.


Anticipated schedule is Monday - Friday, eight hours a day.

YOUR JOB RESPONISBILITIES

  • Process annual background checks for appropriate teams per policy
  • Respond to employment and affiliation verification requests
  • Coordinate administrative functions for leave of absence programs
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs
  • Facilitate meetings for employees with our 401k administrator
  • Maintain federal and state labor poster program
  • Support human resource activities that create a compliant and positive working environment for all

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Work towards or completion of an undergraduate degree preferred.
  • 6+ months experience working in a professional capacity of an organization (administrative, support or service).
  • Experience working on a Human Resource team preferred, but not required.
  • Personal computer literacy and high competency in use of Microsoft Office and ten key.
