Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company is a healthcare management company. HOPCo is a national company with over 3,000 employees. We manage physician practices, develop hospital service line contracts and value-based care networks, and we are a national leader in musculoskeletal care.
HOPCo is the managing partner of several Arizona-based entities including the CORE Institute, Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, and the CORE Institute Specialty Hospital. We also are the managing partner for Florida-based Southeast Orthopedic Specialists, Florida-based Center for Bone and Joint Surgery, Florida-based Orthopedic Center of Florida, Michigan-based CORE Institute, Nevada-based Swift Institute, Pennsylvania-based Premier Orthopaedics, Pennsylvania-based Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, and Wisconsin-based Orthopedic & Spine Centers of Wisconsin.
As HOPCo continues to grow, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to serve our Arizona operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Support the Human Resources Manager in executing the company's strategic and tactical people plans. Specific focus on advising managers and employees on the best practices for people leadership; promote and administer the company's HR policies and programs. You will also advise employees on how they can resolve workplace challenges, explore career development opportunities, and increase their engagement and effectiveness.
Serve as a thought partner and facilitator to resolve employee relations and performance management concerns of varying complexity. Review and engage with employees regarding engagement responses and activities. Conduct routine investigations regarding employee complaints. Escalate investigations on ethical and legal matters up the management chain for assignment.
Assist with the production of reports and analysis for executive management and senior leaders. Analyze these reports to identify gaps and opportunities, and support data driven decision making. Guide leaders and managers through change management processes to ensure successful deployment of policies, programs, and re-organization efforts.
Support and promote HR programs and partners within the HR teams: talent acquisition (job profile development and review, candidate pool curating, etc.), talent development activities (succession planning, career development workshops, etc.), workforce management (promotion and compensation request review, etc.).
What we are looking for:
High School Diploma or equivalent and (4) four years of direct, related experience
Intermediate knowledge of Human Resources strategies for performance management, recruiting, talent development, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness.
Strong speaking and writing skills
PHR or SPHR certifications preferred
