Job description
Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. Provides support in coordinating medical testing to fulfill client and travel requirements for all applicable personnel.
LOCATION
- This position is 100% remote.
ESSENTIAL
- Dedicated point of contact and front-line resource for Global Mobility/Operations/Project Management
- Prioritize medical testing requests
- Contact employees to arrange medical testing
- Schedule medical appointments with clinics
- Follow-up with employees and clinics for medical results
- Ensure trackers are maintained for accuracy
- Ensure that updates/clearance statuses are provided to requestor timely
- Ensure results are uploaded to HRIS through proper channels
- Provide frequent status updates to Global Mobility/Operations
- Provide weekend coverage as needed
- Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
- Reports to HR Supervisor, Employee Solutions Center
REQUIRED
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills, must be able to prioritize work and meet timelines
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information
DESIRED
- Recent college graduate with specialty in HR looking to enter a career in HR
