Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. Provides support in coordinating medical testing to fulfill client and travel requirements for all applicable personnel.

LOCATION

• This position is 100% remote.

ESSENTIAL

• Dedicated point of contact and front-line resource for Global Mobility/Operations/Project Management
• Prioritize medical testing requests
• Contact employees to arrange medical testing
• Schedule medical appointments with clinics
• Follow-up with employees and clinics for medical results
• Ensure trackers are maintained for accuracy
• Ensure that updates/clearance statuses are provided to requestor timely
• Ensure results are uploaded to HRIS through proper channels
• Provide frequent status updates to Global Mobility/Operations
• Provide weekend coverage as needed

• Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

• Reports to HR Supervisor, Employee Solutions Center

REQUIRED

• Strong communication skills, oral and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management skills, must be able to prioritize work and meet timelines
• Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information

DESIRED

• Recent college graduate with specialty in HR looking to enter a career in HR
