What to Expect Once Hired???

You will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping associates, training new hires and providing performance feedback to ensure all guest rooms and areas of the hotel are up to standards.

A typical day would entail issuing assignments to associates, handling special requests and monitoring areas of concentration to ensure a smooth flow of the housekeeping operation. This exciting position allows you assist with inventory and expense control as well as focusing of guest satisfaction.

Daily inspections of all guest rooms, public areas and the back of the house are required. In addition, compliance with accident/loss prevention programs, and health and sanitation standards and regulations are a critical part of this opportunity.
