Sanders Beach Rentals is a luxury property management company with over 18 years in business on 30-A looking for Part-Time, year round housekeeping inspectors to join our team due to continued growth!

What We’re Looking For:

Attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to excellence is a must for this most important role. Inspectors are responsible for the overall cleanliness and visual presentation of all our properties as they ensure all cleans are performed to company standards and guest ready. The individual must be a team player, reliable and able to multitask efficiently.

Experience in this field would be an advantage as you will be required to work on your own initiative at times.

If you possess a strong passion to succeed, are very detail-oriented, and understand the importance of collaborative relationships with team members, we want you!

Requirements:

• Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays
• Must have reliable smartphone and can efficiently utilize required phone app systems to communicate images and messages
• Inspectors must follow company standards and property checklists
• Inspectors must have a valid driver’s license
• Inspectors must be able to move quickly and efficiently, lift up to 40lbs. and have a “can-do” attitude
