Implement required housekeeping procedures in an efficient, cost effective manner meeting all federal, state, and local requirements while providing a safe environment for our residents.

Maintains resident rooms by cleaning restroom, walls, baseboards, doors, ceilings, mirrors, dusting, washing windows, removing trash, etc.
Moves furniture in order to dry and wet mop floors. Uses wet floor signs to mark wet floors
Dusts and cleans all furniture and fixtures, except smoke detectors, in the following areas: resident room, isolation rooms, nursing stations, day rooms, and shower rooms, using various cleaners, disinfectant chemicals
Terminal cleaning of resident room upon transfer, discharge, or death
Maintains facility appearance by dusting and cleaning furniture and fixtures, walls, baseboards, doors, ceilings, stairwells, mirrors, removing trash, washing windows in main lobby, office, staff and resident lounges, beauty shop, resident dining rooms, housekeeping storage rooms, public restroom and hallways, etc.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous long-term care experience preferred

Daylight, evening and overnight shifts available'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Up to date Covid vaccinations are required, or an approved accommodation as mandated by CMS. PPE is provided and meets or exceeds standards set. Routine testing may be required based on County positive rates and guidance by DOH, CMS, and CDC.
