Fellowship Senior Living is a mission-driven organization, founded to bring together seniors of varying backgrounds and to provide a community that fosters independence. It is located on 72 acres in the rolling Somerset Hills area of Basking Ridge, and has 257 independent residential living units, 81 assisted living suites, and 54 skilled nursing beds.

Position Summary

Maintains cleanliness of the Community, residences, offices, common areas, etc. in order to maintain the Village in accordance with the highest standards of cleanliness.

Shift Information

Full Time, 7am-3:30pm. Must be available Every other Weekend.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or environmental service experience, preferred.
• Ability to follow a detailed schedule, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and complete them with autonomy and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate personal integrity.
• Ability to communicate with and respond effectively to a diverse group, providing information with courtesy and tact.
• Availability to work in the event of call-outs or other emergency situations (i.e. weather or other natural disaster) where overtime may be required. Availability to work weekends as scheduled.

We provide personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, gowns, and hand sanitizer to all team members; conduct daily temperature checks and provide socially distanced workspaces, as permitted.

Because the health and safety of our team members and all those we care for is a priority, we have implemented is mandatory COVID-19 vaccination, including follow-up vaccine booster requirements. We strongly believe that getting vaccinated and following CDC’s recommendations offer the best protection. Future team members must be vaccinated. We are doing our part to help stop the pandemic!
