COME GROW WITH US! The NEEDS Center is hiring Full Time House Manager in one of our Orange Park, FL residential homes! Hourly rate is $19 an hour.
NEEDS Center’s mission is to provide education, training, and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to assist them to live as independently as possible.
The House Manager, you will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living.
As House Manager, you will:
- Serve as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice.
- Supervise Assistant House Manager and Program Specialist staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of a residential program.
- Work a schedule that includes evening and weekend shifts.
Qualifications preferred:
- BS/BA in a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience working in residential environment.
- Good supervisory and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- MAP certification.
The NEEDS Center specializes in providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There is a particular emphasis on providing services to individuals with interfering challenging behavior and/or dual diagnosis. The NEEDS Center’s philosophy is rooted in the tenets of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Positive Behavior Support (PSB). The services and supports provided by the NEEDS Center draw on the best of both disciplines in order to assist individuals to become as independent as they can be.
