MaidPro, a premier residential cleaning company, is hiring a house cleaner to join its Riverside office. We service the Riverside, Rubidoux, San Bernardino, Colton, Grand Terrace, Highland, Yucaipa, Loma Linda, Redlands, Moreno Valley, Perris, Banning, Beaumont, Cherry Valley, Calimesa, San Jacinto, Hemet, Sun City areas. This is not a contract position or short-term gig – it’s a chance to start your career with great pay and a flexible schedule. Prior cleaning experience is not required but helps.
We call our house cleaners PROs because we train them to MaidPro’s standards and support them with a competitive hourly wage plus other benefits. We are recognized for our culture of respect, teamwork and fun. We offer flexible schedules and no nights or weekends!
Our PROs work part-time cleaning customers’ homes. Typically, PROs check in every morning at our office for dispatch before traveling to their assignments for the day. They return home after their last cleaning assignment. Besides competitive pay, other benefits include:

You will succeed as a MaidPro PRO if you:
· Are passionate about customer service and take pride in your attention to detail
· Are dependable and reliable
· Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that you can drive to cleaning assignments
· Are legally authorized to work in the United States [Canada]
· Are willing to submit to a background check
· Are willing to work in homes with pets
Qualifications/Must Haves of Maid/House Cleaner/Residential House Keeper:

• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Must have car Insurance
• Must have a reliable vehicles
• Must be able to pass a full criminal Background check
• Must have a clean driving record.
• We do prefer you to be fully available Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm (But the days do vary from 2 to 7 hrs a day).

Responsibilities of Residential House Cleaner/Residential Housekeeper:
1. The employee responsibilities are for the upkeep of the following rooms: Kitchen, Bathroom(s), and common areas in a home.
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Need to be able to get all cobwebs from ceiling corners, light fixtures, on/around cabinets.
• Need to be able to clean the exterior of all main appliances on an every day basis
• Need to be able to clean the exterior of all cabinets & drawers on an every day basis
• Clean the inside and out of a microwave on a daily basis
• Must be able to vacuum and wipe down all window sills, window sill tracks, baseboards, ceiling fans, door frames, door jams, door panels, door knobs and light switches.
• Spot check clean the walls.
• Need to be able to vacuum and mop floor in the kitchen & bathrooms
• Need to be able to scrub a tub and shower. Removing all soap scum, hard water
• Must be able to clean mirrors with out leaving streaks
• Vacuum lamp shades carefully
• Make beds: remove all the sheets, and comforters; don't forget your hospital corners
• Vacuum all carpeted areas
• Spray Signature Scent into trashcan (if permitted in the home)
