Rental House Cleaner

I have a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath house in Innsbrook, MO (near the front gate) that is rented on Airbnb and VRBO. There is a 2-night minimum, so guests will always stay at least two nights.

Responsibilities:

• Wash sheets and towels (washer, dryer, and detergent provided)
• Make beds
• Clean bathrooms and kitchen
• Clean house with general cleaning like dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Restock items like toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, etc. All items are available in a supply closet.
• Stage the house by making sure everything is put back where it belongs.

Work Hours:

• Check-out time is 11:00 am, and check-in time is 4:00 pm, so the house needs to be cleaned during this time.
• It takes two people 5 hours to clean the house. I have another cleaner that will help clean during this time.
• Check-out can be any day of the week, but Sunday is the most common day for cleanings.
• I usually have weeks' or months' notice of cleaning dates.

Other Things to Note:

• The guests are asked to remove the sheets from the beds and put them in baskets
• The guests take out their trash
• You can listen to music or podcasts while cleaning
• Summer is the busiest time, and there can be 8 cleanings each month. Winter has around 4-5 cleanings a month.

Since each cleaning takes 5 hours, and I pay $25/hour, you'll receive $125 per clean.
