Qualifications include:

• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 3 years of Hospital experience and previous supervisory experience preferred.

Schedule:

.6 FTE - Day Evening, every fourth weekend

Duties include:

• The House Supervisor works in collaboration with the attending physician and health care team, supports and care for patients in all areas of the critical access hospital.
• Serves as a resource to patient care staff for problem-solving patient acute issues, utilization of resources and policy/procedure interpretation during assigned shifts.
• Provides assistance and facilitates efforts of personnel from all departments in providing patient care services. Demonstrates advance knowledge to manage the patient care operations in the absence of Senior Directors and Department Managers.
• Serves as an onsite administrative liaison for the hospital and collaborates with the on-call administrator as necessary regarding issues/problems.
• Responsible for resource allocation; patient placement; initiation of occupational health protocols, initiation of disaster management processes; response to crisis situations; initiation of disciplinary actions as appropriate.
