Front desk clerk needed Red roof inn for the 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shift 5 days a weeks including weekends and ALL holidays. We are looking for someone that is very customer service friendly and has attention to detail. We are only looking for new team members that has cash, computer and customer service experience.

The Front Desk Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for maintaining positive guest interactions while consistently and courteously responding to their needs, requests, necessary service transactions and tasks. This position is critical to ensure that the quality of service for Red Roof Inns' guests is in accordance with Red Roof Inns' standards and Hassle Free Guarantee, while working with members of the hotel team, maintaining accounting and financial accountability as well as safety and security of the hotel. You will also hold the title of a housekeeping Guest Service Representative and will be responsible to maintain a positive guest experience by preparing clean and comfortable rooms within a given timeframe and in accordance with Red Roof Inns' brand standards. This position is critical to ensure quality service to our guests and upholding our Red Roof Inn Hassle Free Guarantee, while working with members of the hotel team, maintaining room quality as well as safety and security of the hotel.

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

• Durham, NC 27713: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Hotel experience: 2 years (Preferred)
