Job description

Seeking a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to assist in the oversight of the maintenance team of this 25 room resort on Orcas Island. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of maintenance experience, and up to 1 year of supervisory roles, HVAC and electrical experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities include but not limited too:

• Overseeing maintenance technicians
• Following Internal, Quality and Loss prevention standards
• Maintain Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
• Work strongly with vendors and contractors for the well being of the hotel
• Knowledgeable in safety use for power tools and shop tools
• Knowledgeable use of general Engineering tools and equipment
• Knowledgeable of power, water and sewer distribution.
• Working understanding and ability to read blue prints.
• Knowledgeable in fire codes and fire protection.
• Experience with Hot Tubs at hotels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
