Salary: $19-$21 per hour

JOB SUMMARY: Clean the guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas according to the property’s standards of excellence to ensure guest satisfaction.

JOB DUITIES:

1. Enters and prepares room for cleaning.

2. Makes the bed.

3. Dusts the room and furniture.

4. Replenishes guest room and bath supplies.

5. Cleans the bathroom.

6. Vacuums the carpet.

7. Checks and secures the room.

8. Report any items in the guest room that needs maintenance repair on the maintenance request form and gives this to supervisor.

9. Immediately inform supervisor if a room cannot be rented for any reason.

10. Wear rubber gloves when removing dirty linen and cleaning the bathroom or whenever necessary.

11. Performs monthly deep cleaning projects as directed by your supervisor.

12. Attend all scheduled staff meetings.

13. Use all chemicals as recommended by manufacture and as directed by housekeeping supervisor.

14. Report any unsafe working and guest room conditions immediately to your supervisor.

15. Provide the highest level of professionalism when dealing with guests. Recognize and greet each guest you come in contact with. If you do not understand or cannot perform a guest request, contact your supervisor.

16. All other duties as requested by your supervisor.
