The Country Inn & Suites of Red Wing, MN which is now under NEW MANAGEMENT, by Blue Sky Hospitality, is currently seeking friendly and hardworking individuals with excellent customer service skills to work the front desk of the hotel. Individuals must be able to work weekdays as well as weekends and some holidays.

Front desk / Night Auditor duties include:

• Checking in and out guests, answering phones, making reservations
• Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner.
• Skilled in use of a computer and related software.
• Ability to understand and adhere to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures. Able to properly secure guest information.
• Ability to learn safety, emergency, and accident prevention policies and procedures within the hotel.
• Ability to be able to do laundry and some light cleaning tasks
• Ability to work individually as well as with a team

Front Desk Shifts are:

7am - 3pm

3pm - 11pm

11pm - 7am (Night Auditor)

Qualifications for all employees include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hotel experience is preferred, but not required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
