Retail Associate – Greater Good Imperial Brewing Co.

Part time:

Currently looking for Friday night and weekends

As a team member of Greater Good, your primary responsibility is to work as part of the team to ensure all guest with an excellent experience. All team members are expected to adhere to our values regarding guest satisfaction, treatment of team members and brewery property.

Responsibilities:

• Greet each guest with a warm welcome.
• Maintains up to date seating chart and wait list as each party is sat as well as leaves.
• Answer any questions a guest may have.
• Assist in busing tables when needed.
• Assemble online beer orders and have them ready for stated pick up time.
• Keeping all beer coolers stocked with package beer.
• Able to use the POS system to cash out guest purchasing beer.

Requirements:

• “Guest First” Attitude
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Able to be on feet for 8 hours.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to lift >35 pounds routinely- physically moving cases of beer is required.
