Job Title: Host/Hostess

At Chick-fil-A, we believe that providing exceptional hospitality starts with our Host/Hostess. We are seeking an experienced Host/Hostess who is not only outgoing, personable, and a team player, but also fluent in both English and Spanish to provide a welcoming atmosphere to all guests. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a nurturing personality that exudes warmth, kindness, and care, making our guests feel like they are part of the Chick-fil-A family.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome in both English and Spanish and thank them for choosing Chick-fil-A
• Manage the waiting list and estimate wait times for guests
• Answer phone calls and take reservations in a timely and friendly manner, in both English and Spanish
• Provide menus to guests and answer any questions about the menu or restaurant, in both English and Spanish
• Assist team members and servers as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and surrounding area
• Respond to guest complaints or concerns professionally, courteously, and with a nurturing approach
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a host/hostess in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-energy environment
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
• Must have a nurturing personality that exudes care and kindness to guests

Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour
