This 100+ bed community hospital, located in Western Texas, offers a variety of medical services, including a 24/7 emergency department, inpatient and outpatient surgical services, advanced cardiovascular services, medical surgical care, intensive care, as well as outpatient services. This beautiful facility is accredited by The Joint Commission, and is well-known for its delivery of high quality care to patients in the local area and beyond.

The Hospital Associate Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for oversight of facility financial activities, including management of financial healthcare systems, as well as hospital programs and services. Reporting directly to the Hospital Chief Financial Officer, the ACFO will provide their high quality leadership skills to develop and implement a long-term fiscal program with respect to the acute care facility’s mission, values, and goals. The Associate Chief Financial Officer will work in collaboration with the CFO, CEO, and Hospital Board of Directors to devise and manage financial and strategic initiatives that will ensure long-term success of the facility.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess well-established leadership skills, in addition to proven ability to implement and manage clinical financial strategies and programs. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required for this role, along with 2+ years of progressive experience in healthcare finance/accounting. Recent Hospital Controller experience is highly desired.
