Advantage is currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our vastly growing Hospice Team in the Greensburg, PA and Surrounding areas. This position is responsible for providing patient care in the home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide hands-on personal care including but not limited to bathing, dressing, changing bed linens, skin care to prevent breakdown, toileting activities and tidying the patient's living area
• Assist with ambulation or exercises according to the plan of care
• Observing and reporting on the patient's overall condition
• Performing range of motion and other simple exercise assistance as stated in care plan that is within scope of practice of the CNA
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures
• Follows documentation requirements and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a licensed CNA in the Commonwealth of PA
• Experience with electronic charting
• Valid PA driver's license and state required auto insurance
• CPR certification required
• Hospice Experience preferred but not required
