Do you want to make a difference in the community by providing a valuable service, building relationships with seniors, and helping them remain in the home of their choice? DARTS is seeking homemakers to provide housekeeping services to older adults in the Dakota County area, such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, laundry, and other tasks. No personal care involved. Clients provide cleaning supplies.

Job Responsibilities:
· Complete house cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathroom fixtures, wiping down baseboards, mopping, and more.
· Maintain appropriate, professional, and respectful relationships with clients.
· Accurately track and report hours, mileage, and drive time each pay period.
· Maintain client confidentiality.
· Participate in required training sessions/supervisory meetings.
· Report all injuries, incidents, and concerns immediately to DARTS.
Qualifications:
· Ability to provide quality housekeeping in a timely manner.
· Desire to assist and work with older adults.
· Punctuality, dependability, and customer service skills.
· Valid MN Drivers’ License, access to reliable transportation, and the ability to meet DARTS’s driving record requirements.
