The award-winning Pacific Bath Company is the exclusive dealer in Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona for KOHLER's LuxStone Walk-in Showers and Walk-in Tubs.
We are looking for Sales Representatives that are HEAVY HITTERS in the home improvement industry or in-home sales, with a proven and verifiable success rate! Sales Representatives are paid 100% commission with a bonus structure that rewards producers!
Income potential between $150k and $300K and NO COLD CALLING!
- All appointments are company generated and scheduled. No Cold Calling!

- Kohler product sales in residential homes (no cold-calling required, all leads are scheduled and qualified by our in-house call center)
- Represent Pacific Bath Company, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding service.
- Attend and participate during sales and general meetings.
- Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business.
- Previous success with in-home sales (home improvement knowledge a plus).
- High professionalism with incredible closing skills.
- The ability to learn new technology and travel to customers’ homes throughout the territory.
