We're seeking a Home Health Aide who is passionate about helping others, who is able to execute at a high level and who understands the importance of home health care. The ideal Home Health Aide will be comfortable serving as an advocate and adviser to patients, and will enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with hospital and doctors' offices.
• Perform activities not requiring special skills or certification.
• Provide assistance to physically impaired people.
• Manage care of hospitalized patients.
• Communicate with family members.
• Document care given to patient.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
