Job description
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
We need certified Home Health Aides who can work 12~14 hour shifts in one of the locations below:
- South Ozone Park, NY 11420: Night Shift: 3 days, Friday-Sunday; 6 pm-8 am (14hour shift) or Day Shift: any day from 8 am-8pm (12 hour shift)
- Near 190th Street New York, NY: 8AM~8PM or 8PM~8AM. Must work either one of the 12-hour shift. (Must be bilingual in Spanish/English)
- Far Rockway, NY 11691: 8AM~8PM or 8PM~8AM. Must work either one of the 12-hour shift.
NHTD caregiver rate is
- $15 (overtime rate is $22.5)
- 401a retirement plan $3.59/hr
- PTO $0.50/hr(up to 56 hours paid leave a year)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.50 per hour
