Position Summary: HealthFlex is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide (CHHA). By joining our 5 star rated clinical team; you will be providing skilled services to help patients regain their independence in the comfort of their own home.
Schedule: Part Time or Per Diem
Locations: We have needs across all of our territories in the following counties, Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Napa and Solano.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing a safe environment for the client.
- Participates in client teaching according to the client’s plan of care.
- Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care.
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
- Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements.
- Use equipment properly and in a safe manner.

Qualifications:
- Active HHA certification required (CHHA).
- Experience as a Certified Home Health Aide in the home setting
- Current AHA CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
