Job Summary

We are looking to hire a full time scheduler for our growing home care company in Upland.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Scheduling of Clients & Caregivers
• Finding replacement caregivers for last minute call offs
• Answering phone calls
• Provide assistance as needed with recruitment, caregiver training
• Must be able to follow instructions to complete work as assigned.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality about clients receiving agency services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Scheduling Experience Preferred
• Office Experience
• Excellent communication skills required (via phone, email, text)
• Ability to be personable
• Patience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer skills required (Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve quickly

Pay: $20.00 per hour
