Scheduler Job Responsibilities:

• Schedules shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to clients' needs
• Maintains an accurate record of caregiver availability and client plans
• Processes data necessary to initiate accurate payroll and billing
• Assists with the input, verification, and release of billing and payroll information and the assembly of data for financial reporting purposes
• Works with appropriate staff to help resolve caregiver issues
• Participates in the on-call rotation in the evenings and weekends from home.
• Participates in client care conferences as requested by supervisor

Scheduler Job Requirements:

• Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills
• A strong customer service focus
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with courteous telephone skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office software and ability to become proficient in our specialized scheduling software
• The ability to remain flexible and resourceful in managing frequently changing client schedules
• Eligible to work in the US
• ClearCare experience preferred
