Our company is in need of a positive, motivated and capable Assistant Manager who can lead the team while the Store Manager is away. The ideal candidate should have prior work experience as a manager, have an interest in developing their managerial skills, show initiative and have excellent communication skills with both co-workers and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other managers to develop daily incentive plans.
- Oversee the work of managers in your store.
- Manage financial resources.
- Trained employees on time management and safety procedures.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
