High Accuracy Inspector - Florence, KYMazak Corporation is looking for a High Accuracy Inspector to join the Quality Control department on first shift. The High Accuracy Inspector evaluates purchased and manufactured goods to ensure it meets the published quality standards and manages calibrated measuring equipment used throughout the factory.
Scope and Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
- Receiving Inspection of incoming goods
- Inspection of internally produced goods
- Inspection of customer required items
- Maintaining and calibration of all measurement devices in Production
Education/Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical School is preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Basic PC skills (all Windows Products)
- Excellent math skills
- Use of high accuracy inspection equipment
- Ability to learn programming skills of measurement equipment
- Experience in precision measurement in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment where priorities change
