JOB DESCRIPTION:
Eligible for a sign on bonus of $3,000 paid in 3 installments- $1,000 at the start of employment, $1,000 at 6 months of employment and $1,000 after 1 year of service.
Hemodialysis Trainee is the entry-level position for the role of Hemodialysis Technician. The Hemodialysis Trainee program is paid, on the job training and learns to initiate, monitor and discontinue outpatient hemodialysis treatments under the supervision of an RN and a preceptor (during the orientation period). The technician trainee has 18 months from hire date to pass the National Hemodialysis Technician Certification Exam.
