An employer in the San Leandro, CA area is looking for a motivated Helpdesk Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have background in both over-the-phone for all of the clients locations, focusing on Portland, OR. They will be supporting internal employees technology, specifically Dell and mobile products. They will need to handle 20-40 tickets a week, generating a personal queue of responsibility.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2+ years of help desk / technical support experience
- experience working with a ticketing system
- excellent customer service presence
- high character and motivation to work hard
DESIRED SKILLS
