​Role and Responsibilities

• Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, and computer chat.
• Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostics techniques and pertinent questions.
• Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining LAN performance.
• Determining the best solutions based on the issue and details provided by the customer.
• Provide accurate information on products and services.
• Follow-up with customers and maintain accurate, up to date, records.
• Work cohesively with the team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED Required
• Customer Support Experience Highly Preferred
• Call Center Experience Preferred

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual – English & Spanish
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• Typing Speed 40 word per minute

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
