Position: Help Desk Support Specialist
Location: Boulder, CO
Education: Associates degree in Computer Information Systems or related field; CompTIA A+ and other related certifications a plus.
Clearance: Must be a US Citizen. Public Trust clearance or higher.
Qualifications:
The candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in the following areas:
- Must be a motivated self-starter with good time management skills who demonstrates and taking initiative to solve IT challenges
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Providing skilled diplomatic professional in-person and remote IT support
- Physical laptop and desktop troubleshooting and support of Windows, Mac, Linux Operating Systems
- Professional, concise, and thorough verbal and written communication skills
- Experience effectively communicating and solving end user issues on a variety of IT related technologies
- Coordinating with users in respect to schedules
- Maintaining clean workspaces, IT laboratory, and inventory closets

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
